#15 Skype Lesson

The lesson that I observed on education.skype was a technology integrated culture/health lesson observing the influence that culture has on health choices and behaviors. Using research, health experts, and a publicly available sharing site, the class will gain information on how culture affects health. Students can create projects assessing and comparing/contrasting various cultures to share and demonstrate an exercise, recipe or a relaxation technique utilized within those cultures. The lessons may also pertain to socially relevant issues on facilitating friendships or activities affecting health.
